Roof package includes: Tongue & groove ceiling, I joist roof rafters, OSB sheathing, underlayment, double fascia, 3” vents, ST18 roof strap. DOES NOT INCLUDE insulation, or final roof materials i.e. singles, metal.

Railing Package Includes: Handcrafted log railing for deck and loft (if applicable) according to floor plans.
