Log Package

Your log package includes the exterior log walls, posts, beams, and purlins. Each component is selected, debarked, dried, milled, hand-peeled, pre-fit, pre-assembled, numbered, labeled, and pre-drilled for electrical at our facility. Every log is inspected, certified, and grade-stamped to Log and Timber Homes Council standards. Once complete, the package is disassembled, securely banded, weather-wrapped, and prepared for protected transport and clean, precise reassembly on site.

Roof Package

Built for more than faster assembly, our optional structural cold roof package creates a structurally sound roof, a beautiful tongue-and-groove interior, and superior insulation and condensation control. It includes tongue-and-groove ceiling, I-joist rafters, OSB sheathing, weathertight underlayment, double fascia, 3-inch vents, and ST18 roof straps. Spray foam is recommended for its condensation, mold, and water resistance. Insulation, final roofing, and associated labor are not included.

Railing Package

Our included Railing Package adds hand-peeled, handcrafted log railing to your deck and loft, built to match the natural character of your home and enhance the beauty and safety. Every log is hand-peeled and shaped by hand, carrying that craftsmanship through every exposed edge of your build. Loft railing is included wherever your plans call for it.

Dry-in Services

Our optional Dry-In package takes your home from finished plans to a finished, weathertight exterior. Starting from your foundation, we build the subfloor and loft floor, porch decks, and re-assemble your log package on site, then frame the interior partition walls. The roof is framed, insulated, sheathed, and sealed with a weather barrier — dried in and ready for your final roofing. We install your windows and doors with exterior trim and fascia. The result is a structurally complete, weathertight home ready for final roofing and interior work. (regional exclusions apply)

Custom Design(s)

Our optional Custom Design Services turn your vision into a floor plan built around your site, your lifestyle, and your budget. We refine the layout with you through each revision, then deliver plans ready to build — a home designed from the first line to fit the way you live and fulfill your log home dreams.

Chinking and Staining Package

Our optional chinking and staining package helps seal, protect, and finish your log home while preserving the natural character of the wood. Flexible, log-specific chinking is applied between log courses and around structural transitions to help control drafts, moisture intrusion, and gaps caused by seasonal movement. Premium breathable stain protects exposed wood from weather and UV damage while enhancing the natural grain, color, and handcrafted beauty of every log.
