Our Railing Package adds hand-peeled, handcrafted log railing to your deck and loft, built to match the natural character of your home and enhance the beauty and safety. Every log is hand-peeled and shaped by hand, carrying that craftsmanship through every exposed edge of your build. Loft railing is included wherever your plans call for it.

Our Dry-In package takes your home from finished plans to a finished, weathertight exterior. Starting from your foundation, we build the subfloor and loft floor, porch decks, and re-assemble your log package on site, then frame the interior partition walls. The roof is framed, insulated, sheathed, and sealed with a weather barrier — dried in and ready for your final roofing. We install your windows and doors with exterior trim and fascia. The result is a structurally complete, weathertight home ready for final roofing and interior work. (regional exclusions apply)
