Additional Details
- If your state, county, or local jurisdiction requires an engineering stamp, structural modifications to the plan may be necessary in order to meet those specific code requirements (e.g., larger beams, additional fasteners).
- Any required engineering-driven structural changes—and the design time involved—will be billed accordingly, either hourly or as a flat-rate quote depending on scope
- Discount for using the plan with no changes (except mirroring).
