Eagle Valley Community Auction welcomes your items to sell on May 19, 2018.

Here are Vendor Guidelines to sell your items at the 2018 auction.

Items can be brought to the Auction site or sent by US Mail, UPS or FEDEX to the address below:

* When sending items, please clearly spell your name, phone number and address. The Auction Committee will mail your check the week following the Auction.

Items are accepted up to 8 AM May 19, 2018. After 8 AM we can no longer accept items because the Auction is ready to start.

Suggested items include:

ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED FROM VENDORS TO SELL AT AUCTION ARE: LOG HOMES, LOG CABINS, LOG PAVILIONS, AND LOG PERGOLAS. These products will all be supplied by Meadowlark Log Homes.
• A 10% commission will be deducted and will go to Eagle Valley School.
• NO-SALES ARE DISCOURAGED. A no-sale means you set a minimum amount on an item, and if that amount is not met, you will not allow the item to be sold. If you no-sale your item you will be asked to pay the commission amount (10%) at the last bid.
• We do our best to hold a 100% no-sale free auction where everything sells- nothing is held back, which makes a better auction for everybody.
